Each division has an athlete quota of

• 22 - U12s, and
• 18 20 - U14s  (changed from 18 to 20 for 2023 on Mar 5)

Each division defines its own process for selecting athletes to fill the quota, and can allocate slots to each gender as it sees fit (e.g., based on divisional population)

A list of athletes is submitted to the Race Administrator (race@gunstockskiclub.com) as soon as the selection process is completed, but no later than end-of-day on Monday before the race.

The list should include the following information for each athlete

• Seed/Rank
• USSA Number
• Full Name  (Last, First)
• Gender
• Age Category or Birth Year
• Club
