Consignment Pickup

Saturday 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Sunday 9 am to 11 am

Unsold consignment items are picked up at the Gustock main lodge.

• You MUST bring your numbered tags to pick up your items. Someone other than you may pickup your items, but they must have the numbered tags.
• Consignment items not picked up by 11 am on Sunday are donated to charity.
• You will receive a check in the mail for 75% of the selling price of sold items. Gunstock Ski Club retains 25% as a commission. Checks are sent out 2-3 weeks after the event.

A list of sold consignment tag numbers will be posted below shortly after the sale ends on Saturday. This list is also posted on a bulletin board in the Main Lodge for reference when you pickup your items.

Checks for sold items will be sent out within 2 weeks of the sale ending. Please send us an email with any questions. Thank you!!!
