Our day starts at 8:45.  We will meet in front of the club by the Tiger chair, until there is more snow and we will hope to meet at the bottom of Cannonball on the side of the clubhouse with all the big windows looking up the mountain. The hopes for meeting here is so that we will be able to warm up and stretch before heading out for our day.  We normally ski off this chair the first couple of runs, but we hope to have everyone on time so as that will not be an issue.

We always return to the clubhouse at each session’s end, but take frequent breaks in the small lodge, and the lodge off the summit (Panorama). Please be sure your athlete is well rested, well nourished and well dressed for the winter elements, this is some of the most important information to abide by.  We train in just about all weather so please have your child well prepared.

Does the training schedule change?  We typically won't alter the time frame, we may end a little early (around 2:00) some days depending on the children and how hard they have trained. Depending on the hill space we get for gate training the lunch times may be altered but we will notify you in advance of this through the website and email.

As its name implies, it represents a quest, or journey, toward success in ski racing, by focusing on skills, the critical components that make up a high performing ski racer. It includes activities and competencies for skiing skills, technique and tactics, conditioning, equipment preparation, performance psychology and racer management.
